What is the difference between the Rexroth inclined disc piston pump and the inclined axis piston pump?

Rexroth roller pumps are available in three types: inclined disc type and inclined shaft type according to the same pressing components.


The swash plate type is that the swash plate has a lower pressure angle than the slow brake pad, which causes the roller to slow down in the pump cylinder. The axle center axis and the brake pad center axis are exactly the same. This kind of internal structure is relatively simple and the output power is low, but the premise of organizational work is clearly required, and the contact part between the lower part of the roller and the swash plate is often difficult.


The swash plate center axis of the slant axis type is exactly the same as the wheel axis center axis. It is that although the roller brake pads are pressed down by a viewing angle compared to the axle, the rollers are slowed down. The network flow control relies on the perspective of rotating the roller brake pads to achieve at the same time, so some are also called swing cylinder type. Compared with the swash plate type, it has credible organizational work and large network traffic, but its internal structure is compact.


Compared with the axial roller pump, the axial roller pump has high discharge resistance. It can usually organize work in the range of 20-50MPa, and has high efficiency. The axial volume is small, and the weight is light. However, the internal structure is more complicated than that of the axial roller pump, the requirements for grinding and forging are clearly high, and the product price is cheap.


Axial roller pumps are usually used in hydraulic transmissions for fasteners, mechanical forging, Kitchenen, mining areas and construction, and are not only widely used in high-power hydraulic transmissions. In order to reduce costs, the axial roller pump is usually composed of brake pads, oil distribution plates, rollers and swash plates. There are several rollers in the brake pad, and the rollers are arranged axially, that is, the central axis of the roller is connected to the central axis of the wheel shaft, so it is called an axial roller pump.


But it is the same as the reciprocating roller pump, because its roller not only slows down in the pump cylinder, but also rotates the roller and the pump cylinder compared with the swash plate. The roller touches the swash plate with a spherical end. There are high and low pressure lunar grooves on the oil distribution plate, which are separated from each other by a partition wall to ensure a certain degree of sealing, and they are respectively connected with the oil inlet and outlet of the pump.
