1. From the power source of Rexroth oil pump

From the perspective of Rexroth oil pumps, considering the diversification of actuator working conditions, sometimes the system requires large flow and low pressure; sometimes it requires small flow and high pressure. Therefore, it is appropriate to choose a pressure-limiting variable pump, because the flow of this type of pump changes with the change of system pressure.

When the pressure of the Rexroth oil pump is reduced, the flow rate is relatively large, which can meet the rapid stroke of the actuator. When the system pressure increases, the flow decreases correspondingly, which can meet the working stroke of the actuator. This can not only meet the working requirements of the actuator, but also make the power consumption more reasonable.


2. In terms of speed regulation requirements of Rexroth oil pump

If the Rexroth oil pump has speed regulation requirements, then when selecting the speed regulation circuit, it is necessary to meet the speed regulation requirements and reduce power loss as much as possible. Common speed control loops mainly include: throttle speed control loop, volumetric speed control loop, and volumetric throttle speed control loop. Among them, the power loss of the throttling speed control circuit is large, and the low speed stability is good.

The volumetric speed control loop has neither overflow loss nor throttling loss, high efficiency, but poor low speed stability. To meet the two requirements at the same time, a volumetric throttling speed control circuit composed of a differential pressure variable oil pump and a throttle valve can be used, and the pressure difference between the two ends of the throttle valve can be made as small as possible to reduce the pressure loss.


 3. From the aspect of Rexroth oil pump pressure regulation

When the hydraulic oil of the Rexroth oil pump flows through various hydraulic valves, there are inevitable pressure loss and flow loss, and this part of the energy loss accounts for a large proportion of the total energy loss. Therefore, reasonable selection of hydraulics and adjustment of the pressure of the Rexroth oil pump pressure valve are also an important aspect of reducing power loss. The flow valve is selected according to the flow adjustment range in the system to ensure that its minimum stable flow can meet the requirements of use. The pressure of the pressure valve should be as low as possible under the condition that the hydraulic equipment works normally.


 4. From Rexroth oil pump hydraulic oil

When the hydraulic oil flows in the pipeline, it will show viscosity, and when the viscosity is too high, a large internal friction force will be generated, which will cause the oil to heat up and increase the resistance of the oil when it flows. When the viscosity is too low, it is easy to cause the Rexroth oil pump to leak, which will reduce the volumetric efficiency of the system. Therefore, the oil with suitable viscosity and good viscosity-temperature characteristics is generally selected.

In addition, when the oil flows in the pipeline, there is also pressure loss along the way and local pressure loss. Therefore, when designing the Rexroth oil pump pipeline, the pipeline is shortened as much as possible, and the bends are reduced at the same time.
